one of my latest obsessions is old bay seasoning. it tastes good on just about everything so i decided to experiment cooking with it. i started with frozen tilapia from the grocery store and added a decent amount of old bay to it. from there i put it right in the oven (still frozen) for about 25-30 minutes on 375 degrees. next, i thinly slicked a potato and coated it with a little olive oil and old bay... that went right in the oven next to the tilapia. the peas were frozen so i boiled them on the stove while waiting for the food to finish. overall this meal took about 35 minutes and was an easy and healthy meal for one!
